What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit/Debit Card on our secure SSL server
Personal Cheque (drawn on a UK bank)
PayPal
All sales must be in £sterling.

Can I see these items before I buy
We are a mail order company and as such have no facility for you to inspect the goods. We do, however, take time and effort to present the items in a pictorial form for you. Some of the product colours may vary slightly this is due to your monitor display settings.

What happens if I do not like the item when it arrives
As long as the item is in perfect condition, and still with all the original packaging/boxing etc then we will refund the cost of the item. You pay the postage costs. You must contact us in writing when the item is delivered if you intend to return it.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

What happens if an item is faulty
We check all items before they leave and wrap with boxes and bubblewrap in order to avoid transit damage. Should an item be found damaged on arrival you must inform us by email immediately, and we will arrange to collect and replace. Items that become damaged after a short use will need to be returned to the manufacturers.
