What currencies do you accept? All sales are in GBP £sterling. We accept payment in; Pound Sterling, US dollars, Canadian dollars and Euros. What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit Card on our secure SSL server Personal Cheque (drawn on a UK bank) PayPal All sales must be in £sterling. Do you accept payments over the telephone? Yes we do. Just make a note of the product item code and colour and telephone our Sales Hotline on 0845 0949 265 between 9am and 7pm Monday - Saturday Can I see these items before I buy? We are a 'virtual' online shop and as such have no facility for you to inspect the goods. We do, however, take time and effort to present the items in a pictorial form for you. Some of the product colours may vary slightly - this is due to your monitor display settings. Are your details of the availability of the item accurate? Our stock levels are updated daily. Please email for details of when replacement stock is arriving. What happens if I do not like the item when it arrives? As long as the item is in perfect condition, and still with all the original packaging/boxing etc then we will refund the cost of the item. You pay the postage costs. Are there any hidden charges? No. Apart from a small delivery charge, the price you see is the price you pay.
