What currencies do you accept?

All sales are in GBP £sterling. We accept payment in; Pound Sterling, US dollars, Canadian dollars and Euros.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit/Debit Card on the secure NOCHEX payment checkout.
PayPal
All sales must be in £sterling.

 

Can I see these items before I buy?

We are a mail order company and as such have no facility for you to inspect the goods. We do, however, take time and effort to present the items in a pictorial form for you. Some of the product colours may vary slightly this is due to the variance of monitor display settings.

 

Are your details of the availability of the item accurate?

Our stock levels are updated daily. Please email for details of when replacement stock is arriving.

 

What happens if I do not like the item when it arrives?

As long as the item is in perfect condition, and still with the entire original packaging/boxing etc then we will refund the cost of the item. You pay the postage costs. You must contact us in writing when the item is delivered if you intend to return it. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Apart from a small delivery charge, based on the volumnic weight, the price you see is the price you pay.

 

What happens if an item is faulty?

We check all items before they leave and wrap with boxes and bubble wrap in order to avoid transit damage. Should an item be found damaged on arrival you must inform us by email immediately, and we will replace it. Damaged boxes on delivery by a courier should not be signed for.
