 SHIPPING – UK
We normally ship the item(s)off to you within 2 working days, often sooner. Your purchase will be well packaged and, if applicable, in its original box. The Jewellery boxes usually come in their own dust bag and presentation box. An email is sent when item is posted to alert you of an imminent delivery.
In the event of an item being withdrawn or unavailable you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund whichever is your choice.

GENERAL SHIPPING/POSTAGE INFORMATION
- Proof of Posting is always obtained.
- A Confirmation email will be sent when the item has been posted.
- Disclaimer - Queens Leather are not responsible for delivery times once the item is sent off. The responsibility for items lost in transit are entirely with the buyer - however a proof of postage is always obtained from the UK and we will do everything we can to obtain a refund on your behalf.
- ITEMS WITHIN UK will be sent via Royal Mail by either 1st Class mail, Parcel/Small Packet Service, or Courier service – Queens Leather reserves the right to assess the best delivery method according to weight.
- ITEMS TO EUROPE will be sent either by Royal Mail Airmail (delivery within 3 working days) or by Parcel Courier (within 2-5 working days) – Please email for advice if you require specific delivery dates.
- ITEMS TO R.O.W. will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail (3-5 working days)
- Postage costs are based on the weight (and size) of an item, on the UK Royal Mail advertised cost, and a nominal amount for packaging.
- Where possible, the option to take out additional insurance is offered.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
In the event of faulty goods please email immediately on receipt of item(s), and/or within 7 days of despatch of item. If no replacement is found, a full refund, including your postage costs, will be offered. All returned items must be unused, and in their original packaging (this includes any boxes/dustbags), in order to qualify for a full refund.
In the event of an item not being suitable due to colour or size, then a full refund is possible less all Post & Packing costs. The item must also be in its original packaging box and unused.
