 SHIPPING – UK
We normally ship the item(s) off to you within 2 working days, often sooner. The exception to this is during peak times e.g. Christmas. If you need a parcel in time for an occasion please let us know – we can arrange next day delivery for a small (carrier) surcharge – ring the office with your request before you make your purchase to ensure we can meet your requirements. Your purchase will be well packaged and, if applicable, in its original box. The Jewellery boxes usually come in their own dust bag and presentation box. An email is normally sent when item is posted to alert you of an imminent delivery.
In the event of an item being withdrawn or unavailable you will be advised of a delivery date or offered a full refund whichever is your choice.

GENERAL SHIPPING/POSTAGE INFORMATION
- Where a courier is not used, Proof of Posting is always obtained.
- Disclaimer - Queens Leather are not responsible for delivery times once the item is sent off.
- ITEMS WITHIN UK will be sent via Royal Mail either by 1st Class mail, Parcel/Small Packet Service, or Courier service – Queens Leather reserves the right to assess the best delivery method according to weight restrictions.
- ITEMS WITHIN EUROPEAN UNION will be sent either by Royal Mail Airmail (delivery within 3 working days) or by Parcel Courier (within 2-5 working days) – Please email for advice if you require specific delivery dates.
- ITEMS TO R.O.W. will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail or Courier service (3-7working days)
- Postage Costs are based mostly on weight, and volumic size of the item.
