1.  PAYMENT METHODS AND DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We accept the following methods of payment:

Payment  – Within the UK  

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Personal cheque

Payment  – Outside the UK

  • All sales are in GBP £sterling.
  • Personal Cheques drawn on a UK Bank.
  • Paypal  (Preferred method) paid in £sterling.

2.  POST & PACKING CHARGES

Post and Packing charges for UK, Europe and Rest of World – see separate charges on checkout.

3. DELIVERY

As soon as your order is received and paid for, your item will be posted off to you within 2 working days. The item will be well packaged and, if applicable, in its original box. The Jewellery boxes usually come in their own dust bag and presentation box. If you are sending a cheque then the item will be posted on clearance of funds – usually 5 days after receipt of cheque to allow for clearance.  Please email us your order first so we can reserve it for you, then post your cheque with a copy of your order to our office – address details given on ‘Contact Us’ page. Most items are in stock and ready to post. In the event of an item found not to be available, you will be informed immediately and an alternative delivery date will be offered or a full refund, whichever is your choice.

General Postage Information

  • Proof of Posting is always obtained.
  • A Confirmation email will be sent when the item has been posted.
  • Disclaimer - Queens Leather are not responsible for delivery times once the item is sent off. The responsibility for items lost in transit are entirely with the buyer - however a proof of postage is always obtained from the UK and we will do everything we can to obtain a refund on your behalf.
  • ITEMS WITHIN UK will be sent via Royal Mail by either 1st Class mail, Parcel/Small Packet Service, or Courier service – this is dependant on the weight of the item.
  • ITEMS TO EUROPE will be sent either by Royal Mail Airmail (delivery within 3 working days) or by Parcel Courier (within 2-5 working days) – This is dependant on the weight of the item.
  • ITEMS TO R.O.W. will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail (3-5 working days).
  • Postage costs are based on the weight (and size) of an item, on the UK Royal Mail advertised cost, and the cost of the packaging. (always kept to the minimum).

 

4.  RETURNS / REFUNDS

In the event of faulty goods please email immediately on receipt of item(s), and/or within 7 days of despatch of item. If no replacement is found, a full refund, including your postage costs, will be offered. All returned items must be unused, and in their original packaging (this includes any boxes/dustbags), in order to qualify for a full refund.
In the event of an item not being suitable due to colour or size, then a full refund is possible less all Post & Packing costs. The item must also be in its original packaging box and unused.

 

PRIVACY NOTICE
We respect your right to privacy. We do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. We may email you from time to time with special offers. If you prefer not to receive emails, you can email us back to be removed from our mailings.
