Please read the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

1. PAYMENT METHODS:

All sales are in GBP £sterling.

2. POST & PACKING CHARGES:

Post and Packing charges for UK, Europe and Rest of World – see applicable charges on checkout. The highlands, The Islands may incur a surcharge, depending on the weight of the item. We will notify you by email if this applies and before we process your order.

3. DISPATCH/DELIVERY

As soon as your order is received and paid for we prepare your item for dispatch, usually within 2 working days. The exception to this is at peak times such as Christmas. The item will be well packaged and, if applicable, in its original box. The Jewellery boxes usually come in their own dust bag and presentation box. Most items are in stock and ready to post. In the event of an item found not to be available, you will be informed immediately and an alternative delivery date will be offered or a full refund, whichever is your choice.

4. RETURNS / REFUNDS

We pride ourselves on wrapping items for the maximum transit protection. Please check the box is intact and not dented when you take receipt from the delivery agent. If it is dented or damaged do not accept it or sign for it. In the unlikely event of a fault found within the box, please email immediately on receipt of item(s). If no replacement is found, a full refund, including your postage costs, will be offered. All returned items must be unused, and in their original packaging (this includes any boxes/bags/dust bags/tags/labels etc) in order to qualify for a full refund. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of our despatch. Safe and secure postage is essential so we recommend you re-package carefully and obtain a ‘proof of postage certificate’ from the post office or send by ‘Recorded’ delivery (NOT special delivery) Courier items will have a tracking number. Overseas items will be double checked for faults before leaving the UK, and any faulty goods on arrival will be deemed the responsibility of the carrier. All efforts to assist you in a claim will be made.

In the event of an item not being suitable due to colour or size etc, then an item refund is possible less Post & Packing costs. The item must also be in its original packaging and box and unused. We charge a standard £5.00 administration charge to cover admin, and claw back charges from issuing banks and credit card companies, as you are not charged initially any credit card fees by us.

5. WARRANTY NOTICE

If an item develops a fault within one month of purchase we offer a back to base no quibble item exchange policy. Postage costs to return the item are at the buyer’s expense. To qualify for an exchange the item must not have been damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling. Where an exchange is not possible a credit note or refund will be offered.
Items that develop a fault after one month’s usage will need to be returned direct to the manufacturer, Details on application. The manufacturers warranty is for six months. A purchase will be deemed in compliance with these terms and conditions.
