Please read the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

1. PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept the following methods of payment:

Within the UK

  • All major Credit/Debit Cards
  • Paypal

Outside the UK

  • All sales are in GBP £sterling.
  • All major Credit/Debit Cards
  • Paypal paid in £sterling.

2. POST & PACKING CHARGES:

Post and Packing charges shown are for UK Mainland, European Union and Rest of World – see applicable charges on checkout. Ireland, The Highlands, The Islands and other remote areas may incur a surcharge, depending on the weight of the item. We will notify you by email if this applies and before we process your order. Some, not all, worldwide destinations incur expensive shipping costs - e.g. Australia, USA. In the event of this being the case we will advise you by email.

3. DISPATCH/DELIVERY

As soon as your order is received and paid for we prepare your item for dispatch, usually within 2 working days. The exception to this is at peak times such as Christmas. The item will be well packaged and, if applicable, in its original box. The Jewellery boxes usually come in their own dust bag and presentation box. Most items are in stock and ready to post. In the event of an item found not to be available, you will be informed by email and an alternative delivery date will be offered or a full refund, whichever is your choice.

5. WARRANTY NOTICE

If an item develops a fault within one month of purchase we offer a back to base no quibble item exchange policy. Postage costs to return the item are at the buyer’s expense. To qualify for an exchange the item must not have been damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling and does not cover damage caused by your airline or carrier due to mishandling or general misuse. Where an exchange is not possible a credit note or refund will be offered. This guarantee is limited to repair, replacement or refund at the manufacturers discretion.


Items that develop a fault after one month’s usage will need to be returned direct to the manufacturer, Details on application. The manufacturers warranty is for six months. A purchase will be deemed in compliance with these terms and conditions.

REFUNDS: where a refund is given because of customer error or change of heart, card fees may apply. Paypal do not charge, but Nochex, the online secure payment gateway we use, does.
