A PURCHASE WILL BE DEEMED AN ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. PAYMENT METHODS:

Within the UK
All major Credit/Debit Cards
Paypal

Outside the UK
All sales are in GBP £sterling.
All major Credit/Debit Cards
Paypal paid in £sterling.

2. POST & PACKING CHARGES:
Post and Packing charges shown at checkout are for UK Mainland, and European Union. Additional fees may be incurred for The Highlands, The Islands or Northern Ireland. This is weight dependant. Lighter items sent by Royal Mail will not incur a surcharge but heavier items sent by courier will. You will be notified by email if this applies.
Southern Ireland should use the European drop-down box – see applicable charges on checkout.

3. DISPATCH/DELIVERY
As soon as your order is received and paid for we prepare your item for dispatch, usually within 2 working days, often less. The exception to this is at peak times such as Christmas. The item will be well packaged and, if applicable, in its original box. The Jewellery boxes usually come in their own dust bag and presentation box. Most items are in stock and ready to post. In the event of an item found not to be available, you will be informed by email and an alternative delivery date will be offered or a full refund, whichever is your choice.

We take the theft of our original work very seriously and would draw to your attention it is protected under UK copyright law. Please note we always sue for compensation if any part of our Website, Design, SEO, Text or Images, are found being used without prior authorisation in writing.
